Novahub Virgin Media Terms and Conditions

1  Agreement

1.1 The broadband connection (“Broadband Service”) is supplied to the end customer (the “Customer”) by Novahub Limited using Novahub’s underlining service provider (the “Provider”).

1.2 For the purpose of this agreement, the Provider is Virgin Media Business Limited.

1.3 This agreement covers the Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy which applies to the provision and use of the Broadband Service from the Provider under this agreement.

1.4 This agreement is made in conjunction with the Novahub Master Service Terms, the Services Agreement and any Schedules.
